Structural Integration Explained
Whole Body Kinetics, in Chicago, will present The Explanation of What’s Rolfing Structural Integration, an educational discussion on the benefits of Rolfing Structural Integration and Pilates, at 1 p.m., September 28. Participants will learn how Rolfing
and Polestar Pilates are mutually interactive and beneficial in
improving posture, alignment and balanced movement. They will also
develop an understanding of how fascia and neurology contribute to
movement, influence pain and energy levels, including fatigue or
vitality.
Whole Body Kinetics addresses postural and musculoskeletal imbalances that contribute to less-efficient movement patterns associated with discomfort or chronic pain through the application of Rolfing Structural Integration, Polestar Pilates principles and movement education. Their whole-body approach and scientific research are related to bio-tensegrity (whole body organization) to integrate all parts of the body.
Rolfing
Structural Integration helps integrate the body as a whole, reduce
pain, improve spinal alignment and improve movement quality. These gains
are enhanced and integrated with comprehensive Polestar Pilates
strategies, evidence-based exercise and movement education that
facilitate new muscle memory and proper muscle balance.
