Get Started on 60 Days of Wellness with Nirvana Team in Deerfield
The Nirvana Wellness community, staff and
friends of Nirvana Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine Clinic will begin 60
Days of Wellness with mindful meals, walking, running, jogging or biking the
miles from July 1 through August (join anytime). The goal is to support individual
health goals for 60 days. Donations go to Nambudripad’s Allergy Research Foundation.
Participants can challenge themselves on this 60-day
wellness journey while connecting with the Nirvana team for body, mind and
spiritual well-being and invite friends, family and clients to partake in the
celebration. Prizes will be awarded to the top participants in each age
bracket.
